I’m not the confrontational type, but I have learnt never bottle things up, either.
Getting the irritation out of my system and on to paper is truly liberating. From dealing with my siblings, lovers, friends, colleagues and myself, I just get the feelings out, with a pen and on to paper 😄
I also use this means to communicate my feelings to the relevant parties.
Most importantly, it is out of my system.
My journaling lately is of fun and happy stuff 😁
